TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms that apply when you buy a ticket to, or attend, Live Out Loud.
ABOUT THESE TERMS
Live Out Loud (the “Festival”) is presented by Row One Asia (the “Organiser”). By purchasing a ticket or entering the Festival site you agree to these terms, the Festival’s allowed and prohibited items list, and any instructions given by Festival staff, security or venue personnel.
TICKETS
- Tickets may only be purchased through the Festival’s official ticketing partner. Tickets bought from any other source may be cancelled and refused entry.
- Tickets are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser. Reselling, or offering to resell, a ticket voids it.
- Tickets are non-refundable except where the Festival is cancelled, or where required by law.
- Each ticket admits one person for the day or days stated on it. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
ENTRY
- A valid, physical government-issued photo ID may be required for entry and for the purchase of alcohol.
- All persons, bags and belongings are subject to search. Refusing a search may result in refused entry.
- There is no re-entry once you leave the Festival site, unless your ticket type states otherwise.
- The Organiser may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund.
LINEUP & PROGRAMME CHANGES
Lineup, set times, stages and Festival hours are subject to change without notice. The Festival takes place rain or shine. A change to, or cancellation of, an individual performance is not grounds for a refund.
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
The Festival is a public event that will be filmed, photographed and recorded. By attending you consent to your image and likeness appearing in that material, which may be used by the Organiser and its partners for promotion without payment.
LIABILITY
You attend at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings, or for any indirect loss arising from your attendance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Organiser may update these terms at any time; the version published here applies.
